IVANHOE MINES is looking for a Recruitment Officer
The Kamoa Copper Mine, is a joint venture between Ivanhoe Mines (39.6%), Zijin Mining Group (39.6%), Crystal River Global Limited (0.8%) and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (20%). It's a very large, near-surface, flat-lying, stratiform copper deposit with adjacent prospective exploration areas within the Central African Copperbelt, at approximately 25 kilometers west of the town of Kolwezi and about 270 kilometers west of the provincial capital of Lubumbashi.

You will have to provide an efficient, high performing and professional Recruitment Life Cycle process to our Ivanhoe Mines HOD's, Line Managers and Stakeholders.
You will have the following:
A Certificate in HR Management with
Fluency in English and French as well as at least
3-5 years Recruitment experience in Mining
Preferably you will have:
Diploma in HR or equivalent
Swahili and Mandarin would be advantageous
You will have advanced skills and knowledge in:
- Recruitment
- HR policies and processes
Technical Skills should include:
- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- HR systems
- Writing job adverts
- Writing role profiles
